What We Do

Log brokerage services, sawing lumber, trucking, logging, and land clearing encompass the various facets of our business. We buy standing timber and hire responsible and conscientious sub-contractors to harvest landowners properties with their individual goals in mind. We also have a log yard and sawmill located on Halls Village Road in Chester where we buy in logs and saw lumber.

Consulting Services

With over 40 years of experience we have much knowledge at our disposal in the forest products industry and in the business world in general. A new aspect of our business involves helping young startups create businesses that will thrive and succeed in the ever competitive business world. We offer our business consulting services with the goal of creating direction and organization through typed business and marketing plans. Working with clients to set achievable goals that will be profitable and fulfilling is what we hope to achieve. When one harvests a piece of land, one should do so with specific goals in mind. We also provide consulting services for landowners hoping to set and achieve goals with the management of their property. We will discuss the proper management practices involved in performing a responsible timber harvest; how the landowner should be compensated, what the benefit is for the forest land, and what specific goals the landowner hopes to achieve with a harvest (ie. view, clearing field land, selective cut etc.). Typed forest management plans are also part of the services we offer.
